McCUMBER GOLF ACADEMYis the premier Instructional facility in North Florida, offering programs and lessons for everyone. From beginners to low handicappers and adults to juniors, we offer a variety of lessons and programs to fit your needs. Our experienced staff can educate and help you on the course with playing lessons, working on the fundamentals of the full swing or helping you become a short game genius. We offer corporate packages and have team building programs as well as our junior development program. We have one and three day schools on the full swing and short game. Academy Instructors use the latest in High Speed Video Technology including the K-Vest, V-1 Pro Swing Software and launch monitors. Get the most out of your game at the McCUMBER GOLF ACADEMY.
Junior Programs Details and Prices
Junior Development/Tournament Training

- Developing the fundamentals with a focus on playing experience and scoring.
- Training a repeatable swing that is competition strong and reliable.
- Developing solid short game and scoring techniques
- Developing positive practice skills in a structured practice environment
- Mental aptitude, process and awareness will be evaluated and worked on daily.
- Tournament focus will be on preparation, experience and evaluation.
- Students will receive physical training weekly; the emphasis will be on core strength, flexibility and injury prevention.
Junior Development/Tournament Prep

2 Days per week

24 hrs of instruction per month
- Developing the fundamentals with a focus on playing experience and scoring.
- Mental awareness will be evaluated and worked on daily.

Junior Development/Introduction Program

Every Saturday

- 12 hrs of instruction per month
- Teaching the basic fundamentals on every part of the game
- Teaching the rules, etiquette and playing techniques
- Focus is on educating students on the game of golf.
- Goal is to keep it fun and exciting while learning to develop necessary skills to move into Tournaments prep

Women's Clinic
Cost $250
1 session per week for 4 weeks
2 hours each session
Max 6 women per session
- Focus will be on improving fundamentals while enhancing the player?s ability to play.
- The first half of each lesson will work on improving different parts of the game,
- The second half will be spent on the course working on process and game situations.
- Players will receive a video on all aspects of their game along with a better understanding of -the what- why -and how to.
Adult One-Day School - Full Swing or Short Game

Women's Golf League
Cost $35 per person
No max # students
- The Women's Golf League is for women who have a basic knowledge of the golf game and would like to learn and play more.
- The League runs on Friday mornings from 9:30am till 11:30am and Saturday mornings from 10:30am till 12:30pm.
- There will be two to four events each month.
- Lynne Kirkpatrick, LPGA Teaching & Club Professional will conduct the clinics and course play.
